Want to make a difference and grow as a leader? The Youth Leadership Program for Middle School Students gives you the chance to lead real projects, work with others, and build confidence, all while learning by doing.

Over the Spring Term, you’ll explore what leadership means through hands-on activities and youth-led projects that connect you to your community. You’ll learn how to speak up, work as a team, and take action on things that matter to you.

This isn’t about being perfect, it’s about trying new things, learning from each other, and discovering your strengths. You’ll be supported every step of the way by mentors and peers who believe in your potential.

Whether you’ve led before or are just starting out, you’re welcome here. Come ready to share your ideas, grow your skills, and lead with aloha.
